  1. Absolutely. My husband and I often refer to our neighbors as So and so’s (dogs name) mom/dad. We always remember the doggies name… the people not so much.

  2. Oh, I love this!!! I can never remember the names of my own species, either. Glad to have found this. 🙂 viva la dogs!

  3. I have neighbors that have lived by me for years, yet I can never remember their names. It is always “dog’s name Dad or Mom”. “That’s OK” is so me!!!!!!!

    Spot on!

  5. Janet Hughes

It is exactly like me. I can never remember people’s names but can always remember their pets

  6. LOL, so very me too! Not only dont I know the name of the dog parents in my building; but, I probably wouldn’t even recognize their faces! I’m always crouched down at dog level speaking to and cooing at their fur babies 😍🐶

  7. Debra Jackson

when introducing someone I’m usaully like” this is fluffy’s owner”

  8. Sometimes it’s more pleasurable to remember the dog not the person

  9. Katrina Geurink
