This is so very appropriate. I lost my little Lily Lou September 4th. She was the most amazing little girl. She was about 15 and a quarter and was a rescue. My hubby and 2 big rescue sisters adopted her 13 1/2 years ago. She became my life when we lost her older sisters both at 16. I stopped working 6 years ago so it was just her and I all day and night as we were night owls. We were sooooo inseparable. I have such a huge hole in my chest and heart that I constantly feet. I still can’t wrap my head around it. Still in disbelief…
