I’ve been seeing posts on Facebook that day that the chemicals used by swiffer are causing liver failure in dogs. Does anybody know if this is true?

I've heard that the swiffer is bad for dogs - i have also googled for details and read that it is harmless.

I switched to white vinegar for cleaning.  it dissolves nose art off the windows with almost no scrubbing and it cleans the pseudo-hardwood floors without a need to rinse.  downside?  my house smells like a pickle for a day or two.

I have snopes and hoax checker on my favourites list especially for these types of rumours.

Is Swiffer WetJet Toxic to Pets?
